Our philosophy
150% isn't a percentage. It's a mindset.
100% is what the world expects. OneFifty exists for what comes after it.
Our mark is that idea, drawn: a full ring, and half a ring more on the side it's heading. It's why the company is called OneFifty.
Five principles
What the fifty looks like in practice.
Each principle, and where you can see it in OneFifty Pathway today.
- 01
Challenge the ordinary.
Practice software has long meant forms and folders. We started from the advice instead: what an agent needs to know about a client, the moment they can know it.
In PathwayThe one-page brief is ready the moment a client submits the questionnaire: points, every main visa, near misses and what to ask on the call.
- 02
Think beyond expectations.
Doing what was asked is the hundred. Noticing the birthday that costs five points, the police check that lapses before a decision, the round that just changed a lead's chances: that's the fifty.
In PathwayFollow-ups move a lead to the top when a new round improves their chances, and the check before lodging flags anything that expires before a decision.
- 03
Simplify the complicated.
Migration law is complicated, and it's allowed to be. Working with it shouldn't add to that.
In PathwayEvery threshold is stored as data with the date it was checked, and advice letters are drafted in plain English for the agent to edit.
- 04
Build technology with purpose.
AI where it helps an agent think. Never where it would take the decision away from them.
In PathwayNothing reaches the AI until the client consents in writing, drafts stay drafts until a registered agent approves, and the lodgement check uses no AI, so the same file gets the same answer.
- 05
Keep moving forward.
Rules change every program year, and sometimes every month. Standing still isn't neutral.
In Pathway105 official pages, from Home Affairs, the states and assessing authorities, are checked for changes every morning.
What 150% isn't
Not a performance claim. A standard.
It isn't a promise of one and a half times anything, and it isn't about working longer hours. It's the question we ask of everything we build: what would make this better than it needed to be?
Sometimes the answer is a feature. More often it's a date that gets watched, a number that gets checked twice, or a step that disappears.
Beyond the ordinary. On every file.
