AI drafts marked final without your approval
How it works
From the first call to a granted visa.
- 01
Send a questionnaire.
Branded with your practice, by WhatsApp, SMS or email. The client answers six short steps on their phone, saved as they go.
- 02
Open the brief.
The moment they submit: points, every main visa, near misses, time-sensitive issues and the questions to ask on the call.
- 03
Ask what if.
An advisor that has read the whole file reruns the rules engine for every scenario, so the numbers are exact.
- 04
Approve the advice.
A plain-English letter signed with your MARN, ready to edit. Then the matter, the documents and the invoice.
Pathway AI
An advisor that knows the file. And checks its numbers.
Ask the hard questions, like what now for a client whose visa ends in 77 days. It checks every visa and each state's current settings against the file, reruns the rules engine for each scenario, then drafts the advice letter, signed with your MARN, for you to approve.
South Australia, and soon. SA only takes onshore ROIs from people whose visa ends by 31 January 2027, and his ends on the 15th. He fits its graduate stream, subject to SA's occupation list, which isn't out yet.

- Exact points for every scenario, never an estimate
- Every visa and every state, checked against today's settings

Why Pathway
Built for the part of the job only you can do.
Pathway does the groundwork behind your advice and shows its working, so your time goes on the client.
- 01
Advice first.
Every main visa is assessed from the client's own answers the moment they submit, with the near misses and the questions to ask on the call.
- 02
Numbers you can sign.
Points and eligibility come from a rules engine where every threshold is sourced and dated. What-ifs rerun it, so the numbers are exact.
- 03
AI with permission.
Nothing goes to the AI until the client agrees in writing, and every draft waits for a registered agent to approve it. OMARA's guidance, built in.
- 04
Ready before you lodge.
One check across documents, expiry dates, the agreement, the Consumer Guide and eligibility under today's rules. No AI, so the same file gets the same answer.
- 05
Everything included.
Document reading, the AI advisor, advice letters and lodgement checks are all in the plan, within a generous monthly allowance. No credits to buy.
- 06
Straight answers on security.
Client files stay in Sydney, and our Security page sets out exactly how they're protected, including what we don't do yet.
Less checking. More advising.
The careful work, done carefully.
Pathway reads a passport or visa grant into the file for you to confirm, then checks everything before you lodge.

Questions
- Does the AI give advice to clients?
- No. It helps you prepare advice, which you give. AI drafts stay marked as drafts until you approve them, and it only works on a client's file after they consent in writing.
- Is the AI extra?
- No. The AI advisor, advice letters and document reading are part of the plan, within a generous monthly allowance for each practice. There are no credits to buy and no per-question charges.
- Where is our data?
- Client files and documents are stored in Sydney. When you use the AI, Pathway sends the client's file, or the document you asked it to read, to Google's Gemini, in Google Cloud's Sydney region. Google doesn't use it to train its models. The client's consent comes first.
- Can we bring our clients across?
- Yes. Upload a client export from your current system as CSV or Excel and a zip of documents with a folder per client. Fields are matched for you to confirm, and duplicates are skipped.
- What if we leave?
- Download everything, every record and every document, as one zip from Settings. It's your data.
- Does it work on a Mac?
- It works in any modern browser on Mac, Windows, iPad and phone. There is nothing to install.
- Can we try it first?
